Yes there is. It's a pathway to our inner library - the body of our soul.

The language of our 'inner' feelings can be called the voice of our Soulbody. In order to awaken its inner spirit, its life force that will feel like a love-force, we ought to feed ourselves with the healing rays of unconditional love. By moving beyond our shadow persona, we will find freedom; freedom from reacting to an illusionary reality that does not reflect LOVE.

We need to become the observer of our persona mind-set, (our EGO) that aims to stay in control.We need to step back and look at our true selves;to see ourselves in any situation. We must then ask ourselves, “who is in control?” That can be hard at times, especially when someone has, or is hurting us. Learning to see that person, or that situation as our best learning curve, our best teacher. That is an empowering thought in itself. To acknowledge our truth is often more difficult then going into denial. Our egos would rather file anything away that is not at that moment conducive to its agenda. Instead the true real me, and YOU, stores energy that can be seen as Karma; and we all know that on this ascension path we need to shed as much karma as we possible can.

In Annelies' journal Vanishing Worlds, I feature in it. I'm one of her best friends. I share with her how I gained my freedom from an unhappy marriage by learning to be compassionate when I nursed him until he passed away, as well as healing my grief, for losing our only daughter Hennie.

It takes courage to see the many shadow mirrors of ourselves
When we doodle, our aim is to become mindless, away from our intellect or programed internal dialogue. We draw out on paper our feelings, through doodling. Our artwork reveals both in colour, line and symbols how our mental energy mirrors our physical experiences. This creative Journaling can expose the shadow expressions of ourselves that are not who we are. Doodling can be seen as a pathway towards our higher divine self.

Our analogue drawings are often a reflection of our state of mind at that moment.

The following video shows a typical workshop where people are creatively drawing their own symbolic language, their language of light.
By going into our inner being, our secret space, where we store away grief, pain, hurt, anger, fear, disappointment , or where we can access our feelings of contentment, happiness, joy and Love, we have an opportunity to surrender to it. By surrendering we thereby release the emotional connection cords with our past or perceived future. Because time and pain are inseparable, we surrender to what is and the past ceases to have any power in the present. We become mindless.
Any emotional mind games we still hold onto from our past, like holding onto memories of the good old times, or bad times, doing this renders us useless and depressed. Our expectations of our future, and our state of mind make us equally incapable of evolving. Our thoughts, and their attached feelings become the creative force that shapes our experiences in this life.

Only we ourselves can interpret our hidden truth, by exposing our inner feelings through doodling . This creative pathway can be explored in order to reach our higher self's loving voice, which is the link to our soul. It's then that a language pattern emerges, especially when we connect our feeling nature and awaking our soul qualities. By embodying more 'conscious' soul energy vibrations, we absorb more light. These light particles of soul, must awaken through our physical body. Its then that our body of light emerges.

By doodling out our feelings on paper, while staying in the Now moment, we move fully conscious into a stillness where our mind cannot enter. Where there is no-mind - there is no pain or sorrow, only peace. True consciousness never dies; it's only in our mind that it does.

When Annelies told me that my future was already shaped by the decisions I made now, and that if I had a direct link to humanity’s shift in global consciousness, would I not want to be part of a future where humanity had truly evolved? I knew the answer to that question.
