How can we access the library of our soul?

By discovering your own Creativity

We use the creative skill of mind - drawing

The ability to find solutions to problems, or a new more creative mode of expression to a perceived problem is all it takes to make a transformational shift, but how does one do that? It seems that most of us think lopsided, meaning: when a thought enters into our brain, there are two ways in which thoughts are absorbed. Our brain has two cognitive methods of accepting information. Our left hemisphere likes to edit what we perceive, or expect to see what we remember we have seen as clear straight-forward information, like our writings and numbers or any visual data ‘out there’ gathered by our senses of sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. This is called:
L.........The linear Way ..........While our Right hemisphere conceptualizes on a more multidimensional level called:
R........The Spatial Way..........As an example, one would be able to read between the lines, or a sound could trigger emotions or a smell could be interpreted in an imaginative way so we can visualise where the smell comes from. In order to become truly creative we have to use our whole brain.

The two Windows of Perceptions.

In Annelies' genetic decoding workbook, and her journal Vanishing Worlds, she goes deeper into the
Most people begin my drawing course with very few drawing skills and they all have a very strong anxiety about their own potential drawing ability. Any person can learn to switch on their Right hemispheres mode while they learn how to see as an artist sees, but seeing with our eyes alone is not enough, unless we learn to see from a holistic point of view. Many of the skills are already there but are simply waiting to be released. Any imaginary objects are ‘seen’ through the window of our inner third eye while our rational thinking mode uses our eyes from a linear perception only. A transformation in "perception" appears to happen in our "thinking" when we learn to express ourselves from both hemispheres.

Our unexpressed self.

Anyone who introduces their Non-dominant hand in the art of drawing will have found a pathway to their playful inner child that is far more equipped to draw realistically. Why is this so? Most of us, when we were around three years old, related to things and events without a need to reason why, and we had no sense of time. We were experimenting life in the present moment. Our concentration span was not all that long but we could often see things in relation to other things and therefore we played out many visionary images that were very real.

Our Persona

When our school education started we learned that what before we only knew as pictorial knowledge now became words and symbols that stood for something. Our thoughts were now grabbed by our Left hemispheric lobe first. We learned to string logical information together in order to come to a conclusion. Time became an all important component in our daily world where one thing lead to another. Our left brain became the boss and our persona took on jobs it was never equipped for.

Our Real Self

Imagine that our Real Self was pulled away from the window of life and was only allowed to peep pass the curtains while the Persona took full control. Our Real Self developed an inner sight that was rarely consulted until one day the curtains were removed and the light so overwhelmed the persona it became unable to accomplish the tasks, so assistance was called for.

The 5 Insights

I sometimes feel that our creator, knowing the bigger picture, purposely made itself go through the separation between both thinking modes. I say this because we had to develop our linear faculty in order to master the 5 creative insights mentioned in the workbook The Language of Light. Originally we were already totally wholesome. Today, if one looks at how an Idea makes us Investigate so we can string both knowledge and intuition together we start to explore the relationship between the first insight. What follows after that is usually an Ah-ha moment. Now all that is left is for the Real Self to emerge, and a perception shift can occur. In order to manifest the idea, we have to go into action and string all the previous four insights together in order to become co-creators.
