We are already aware that our DNA code that carries the language of life in our cells, is influenced by our mind set, our beliefs en our daily thinking patterns. So the creator, must in his divine wisdom given us the power to co-create. Consciously or subconsciously, our beliefs are part of the information that surrounds our world and us. We are part and partially at one with 'the field', or the Ether - that has the ability to mirror holographic our reality. While our beliefs themselves are formed in our hearts, the thoughts that they come from originate in one of the two mysterious realms of our mind / translated by our brain. The conscious or subconscious mind.

In Tulanda's article 'Can the Human mind evolve?' she connects the the word 'mind' very well with the words soul and spirit, but from a more 'programming and codes' consept, we known that our subconscious mind has a larger (field or prosessing capacity )than our conscious mind. So what those words are really saying is that there are two different processings going on in the way we mentally store our experiences. They are linked to the speed in which we can store them. Example: we know that to act instinctivly about something, or to think and than act has a different time frame.

Is 'Time' in itself again linked to our beliefs surounding time?

Yes, it is. Time is a 'side' rezult due to our beliefs we have about time. So - could humanity break our illusionary time zone restrictions? Trevor implies that the Crop circles in our fields show us that we can. The energy of this planet has accelerated. Scientists have found that bees are buzzing faster. Everything is going faster, time is going faster. An hour is so short and what we are trying to do is to live our lives normally when everything else is going crazy. We are trying to live normally with all the clocks going crazy, we are trying to live the way we have always lived, because that is the way we were taught to live.

We are taught to avoid certain people, to seek out friends, to be polite to your elders and to follow the rules. But there is something in us that is pushing us to change. So we end up trying to change our jobs, or the way we work; or try to change the others that we work with or change our relationships. Some people have been in an unsatisfactory relationship for years, and suddenly it is just not good enough any more. Sometimes where we live is no longer where we want to live, sometimes we find that we have to visit another country for no other reason than our heart is telling us to go. Is this truly because of our DNA?

Theo often told me that we all have to search within us for the truth, but even when I wrote my journals, The Astral Exporer, and The Cosmic traveller the war that escalated around me made it sometimes hard to stay focussed on the reason why I was writing this journal. As I went along playing my own human game, there were more terrorist attacks in the world outside my own reality than ever before. When I was trapped in total darkness due to an injury questions like:
"What am I going to do for money? How will I live? How can I play my part of being responsible or capable looking after myself if I would remain blind?" those very thoughts gripped me with fear.
During the months that I was lying in darkness with nothing to do, I contemplated about life and about our DNA codes, as I call it.

In our time zone of the last 40,000 years at first many of us stayed unaware while taking part in this earthly play; as if it was an adventure that would never end. We did it so well that we began to believe it was for real. Our DNA codes got so corrupted that even our biological consciousness holding the files [or the scripts we used] in order to partake in the programme ‘Planet Earth’ became infected. As a result we became the victims of our own play.
The year 2008/2009
During these transformation times many of us have one foot in a new program we call the new paradigm while the other foot is still in the old illusion.
What have we created as human beings? Everywhere I turn, even when I joined Theo during my dreams, there was still no proof that we are going anywhere... because when I woke up, everywhere I looked it all still looked the same. The world was still run by politicians. There was still a war going on somewhere and many of us were still reacting to situations out of fear, including me.

How many of us felt the fear when the twin towers collapsed in 2001? How many felt fear when America and the UK invaded Iraq in 2003 and 2004. How many of us felt fear when violence broke out in our own communities? How many of us fall into our own thought created program that reflecting that we are poor, short of abundance, lacking health, and a satisfactory love life? Do we have a fear of being used because we have money or have a constant doubt that we are not good enough to ascend?

Theo, my brother, tried to explain to me that thought is a language, and that the word consciousness represents our identity. It's through our awareness, which can only come from the thinker who has re-discovered that s/he is the thinker, that we are everything. That means that we are filled with emptiness; an emptiness in which our thoughts can create anything. Thoughts are a symbolic expression of things, but it is never the thing itself. So the reality world of my dreams is just as real as me Richard, who is typing these words...

I was born in the year 1975.
Every time we enter into this human realm we accept a new instruction manual or an identity that seems to choose a script to follow. Typing this, I must admit that lately it is very clear that the human game is changing. We still have the scripts we follow but it seems that we are now in a different stage. The scripts don’t seem to work anymore. And that is why many of us feel right now that we do not belong here on this planet.

I never understood where that feeling came from, but when Annelies explained that our human DNA software is being recast, I could then understand why the scenery is changing; the clocks are going faster, why we are seeing things in a different way and why we are experiencing things differently than before. When I follow her reasoning mentally ... I know that my belief system requires my consciousness to be blind, so I can't believe... instead I must 'know' it.

Our ascension process as I understand it.
Since the Earth is a living organism and is evolving into higher dimensions, we humans that live on the Earth must evolve as well. Theo (my brother) explained that the whole idea of evolution is to activate one’s 12 strand DNA potential, so that we can awaken all 12 dimensions of consciousness into our physical body. We do not have to lose our memory and knowledge, and reincarnate again and again. Only when we have activated our full 12 strand DNA template are we considered an ascending human being who has become immortal. Due to the change in the angular rotation of the particle spin inside our cells, we will be able to ascend.
This is the original blueprint that was designed for the Angelic Human. Our time is very special, because after over 200,000 years of being in a distorted frequency zone, we finally once again have the 12th dimensional currents of energy running through the earth that will allow all humans to ascend if they so intend.
DNA Activation through decoding our blueprint will not only jump-start our evolution, it will immediately help us with our normal day to day situations. The things that seem impossible will become possible, and our self-imposed limitations will disappear. In the awareness of our original blueprint we have the potential to do anything.

Can we really hold higher frequencies of Light?

Annelies says that if we follow an ascension path, we are opening all our senses. That is true. Have you noticed how much finer our touch is? Somehow we are more aware of what we are touching, the feel of it. Together with Sascia I enjoy nature much more clearly; it is almost like the river sings and I can hear birds no matter how much traffic noise there is.

Both Tieneke and Annelies keep reminding us to stay grounded, because we are raising the vibrations of our physical bodies, and as the frequency of our bodies change our diets may change as well.

Many people have shared with me that their physical senses are becoming finer. The down side of this is that we become more sensitive and we can become allergic to more things. Like many others I can’t seem to digest wheat or dairy products. Some become vegetarians, fruitarian's, vegan's or even breatharian's

Both Sascia and myself noticed that what we liked before we don’t like now, and what we have hated before, well, sometimes we try to see what happens if we do things we hated before, like sitting still for at least an hour without any thoughts; or at least trying to free our minds from having any thoughts. Now we don’t want to be without these quiet space-less times!

Annelies explains in detail, throughout her ascension-workshops that there will be physical changes as we rise in frequency. But only when she showed us videos about what went on inside our body cells, did I start to grasp what our DNA program is trying to do.

Leo shared what he thinks happens during the periods when planet Earth is raising the frequency of her planetary body, which is why the bees are buzzing faster and that is also why it is so much easier for us to adapt to the new frequencies.

As a group of people some of us seem to have a connection with each other, that is why we have awakened a telepathic communication between us. Sign of the times? What times? Are we of the Jaarsma clan now exchanging our thoughts on a realm that does not need to have a substance, like a sound, outside thought itself?

When both Sascia and I joined the Half-way House community, we gradually learned to adapt to a new set of rules. Those new rules suggest that we only do the things our heart tells us to do. Everyone who is joining us in Half-way house community have been asking the same questions as I have written down in my journal and below:

"What if we are the creator of our reality programme and we begin doing things from our hearts?"..... Perhaps we will start creating a life where we feel more at peace, more joyful and more love.
"What if we began to live by the rules of the heart and become the creator creating a different scenery; changing our script to a different one?"....Perhaps we learn how to manifest the things we want for ourselves.

The only reason we still have wars on our planet is because there are so many people that have their own war going on inside. How I remember those days when I allowed the energy of fear to rule my day. Sometimes I still have moments when I seem to create thoughts belonging to the old paradigm. We all do, but more and more those thought particles are transformed back into nothingness, where there is only full potential.

The only reason there is so much fear on the planet is because we carry so much fear inside. Just imagine that if we all stopped eating meat, there would be no reason to keep animals for food. What would happen if we stopped playing with fear? What would happen if we did not buy into all the stuff that creates fear? There would be no use for anything that creates fear because none of us would want it. If we are not going to play with fear, then there is no need for fear. When we stop playing with hate - or if we stop playing with any thoughts that are expressing blame, anger, contempt, resentment, and on and on......what would the world, our reality, look like without any feelings of hate? How would our DNA programme, that seems to create our human form, adjust to playing a different human game, or would we suddenly wake up from the dream into another realm with more adventures to experience? Would we be able to consciously time travel to the days of the earlier pharaohs who seem to have technological advances we have not yet discovered?

I think that like so many software programs, there is so much more behind the DNA codes of our own human creation. Likewise the more we keep learning about God’s program, the more we know how to create by just thinking about it and the better we seem to become co-creators.
We only have to upgrade our DNA codes to a new program. This time we won't forget who we truly are; consciousness spiritual beings who are in training to become fully enlightened human beings. Are we angels in training?

Gradually I feel that we are on the right track. Are we the lucky ones? Somehow we of the Jaarsma clan were drawn together by the energy of our group soul. The people that came into my life all seem to have the same drive. They were all very different in the way they saw their reality, but somehow we all have a great deal in common too. All of us were inspired to become entrepreneurs in our own right. Somehow I feel that we have come to the end of our spiritual search. Instead we have the benefit of using great technological advances while realising that thinking is not the culprit, so long as we don't fall into the trap of trying to find a spiritual journey in order to find ourselves. We already have all that is, as it is...

I suddenly remember, as I write this article, that I've done this before! As a scribe I had to record all the rituals that were practiced in order to time travel in the temples in Tel-el-Amarna, ...
