It’s
September already and I just could not find the time to write a newsletter
for August, and what’s more I will be away in Europe in October,
so this will be my only newsletter until November. Time seems to have
sabotaged me.
It is absolutely true that…
The thoughts we think are the tools that the creator uses
to make up our world.
We are the creators of our lives!
It has been a cold wet winter in Cape Town, but thank goodness for
Spring to be arriving prematurely, - I've seen some Jasmine flowering
already.
We
are still in the midst of major renovations. For the whole of the
last year up to now I have had to share my kitchen, my front door,
my back door, the back garden, the lounge and dining room with builders,
labourers, carpenters, electricians painters and plumbers. Things
go missing daily. Nothing gets tidied up by the workers that share
our home and office. Dust, noise and interruptions to my work as an
editor and creative director for Kima Global Publishers are beginning
to become an normal occurrence. Sometimes I think I’ve lost
it when I can’t find something, and I want to blame others for
it. It’s then that I often move into my observer mode. What
I observe is not always uplifting, but because I have the power to
change that feeling in a flash, by just putting a stop to my thoughts
and changing them instantly, I then manage to bring some sanity back
into my world, and I can once again feel the gratitude for the things
that I have drawn to myself.
What was your day like? What thoughts have influenced
your decisions the day you read this newsletter? Or think back to
a situation where you suddenly became irritated by something or somebody.
We could be irritating about our own behaviour pattern , or maybe
someone close to us is pushing our buttons. The energy of irritation
is just as destructive as being unkind to someone. Are we
truly begin to awaken towards any form of enlightenment?
Can we truly make a difference?
It’s never easy to be one’s own observer. Especially when
we recognise within ourselves an inner dialog that is either negative
or lacks compassion. When I go over my day and look back on it, I
ask myself, what thoughts passed through my mind this day? It’s
rare these days that I can truly say to myself that I was free of
negative thoughts. It’s probably more difficult in our circumstances,
but then I did attract everything in my life through my own thought
patterns. I still have to ask myself questions like: Have I smiled
at people during the day, and was my heart in it? Was I being just
polite, or was I truly happy and loving towards others at that moment?
When I asked myself: Is it true that what we imagine we can materialise,
I know the answer. It’s YES. The thoughts we think are the tools
that make up our world.
Are we humans mentally addictive?
“Be the change you want to see in the world”
is what Gandhi said. Eienstein said that being creative is all it
takes to attract the things in life that matter.
So many people like Gandi or Einstein, who have passed from this plane
of consciousness made such a difference to our world, but...it still
appears that our world is still in big trouble, heading the wrong
way. Why is that? These questions come especially to mind when I listen
to the news, or watch a movie that I shouldn’t, because the
energy level of the story is dark and destructive. I realised that
the reason I watched it might be because of the unconscious thought
process that it took for the movie script to become a screen play
which has an addictive flavour? Watching or listening to world events
that are sad, destructive, shocking or depressing, what does that
do to us? In what way has it influenced our thoughts? Have we at that
moment added our own polluted thought forms to the energy band that
seems to surround our planet?
Are we here in order to learn how to look after our planet’s
welfare?
If humanity as a race wants to explore other universes, and wants
to be ready to evolve as Galactic Citizens, then we all have to learn
the lesson of taking care of the welfare of our own planet and All
its Citizens. The planet will otherwise just shrug us off through
floods, fire and other disasters that can destroy a civilisation.
It has happened before, so are we ever going to change?
When
I started my own ascension journey by stating an intent to ascend
in this lifetime, I had to make decisions that involved many changes.
I never regretted making them, and it brought me a great deal of happiness,
but that did not mean that I’m now out of the woods so to speak.
I often catch myself thinking negatively. It’s as if these thoughts
are lined up in my mind, like an assembly line. The moment that I’m
aware of them, I usually manage to wipe them away; replacing them
with thoughts about events, things or people in my life for which
I’m very grateful. I know that when I do that, at that moment
I feel a lifting of my mood. Suddenly I feel more alive, more in control
and more in the present. But there are days that events just seem
to take on a life of their own. It’s not always easy to step
out of the role we seem to play.
So what is the reason we choose to have a human experience? I hope
to answer that question through the characters that are all me, but
they might just as well be real, for how real are we? They often reach
into my subconsciousness and it’s through them that I write
their story, which is also mine.
Its through this creative meditating process where anyone can access
the ‘collective unconscious’ , the ‘Quantum reality’
or universe of ’systems’ and in this way, obtain valuable
information. That’s why the characters in my novels play such
a big role. Their thoughts are mine, but from a different level of
thinking.
Thanks for reading my newsletter and be the change you want to see
in the world
