Well....the more time we have here on earth, the more
opportunity we have to learn and to grow and evolve. That’s what
we’re here for. That’s what it’s all about. If we
add an intent to ascend in this lifetime, then we might as well make
the most of the years that we have to accomplish that!
Alkaline stands for… Sweetness and love. Acidity stands for....sour,
irritation…get my drift?
The energy of sweetness and love keeps us young.
Love is healing. Love is powerful medicine. But where does all this
love come from? It’s right there inside of us, all the time. We
can live a life in love. We can choose love every moment, we can express
love, we can give love.
Ageing doesn’t protect you from love. But love, to some extent,
protects you from ageing!

My motto is that an alkaline way of life is the perfect start to restore
your overall health in order to live a longer life, or to change the
death hormone into a life hormone program! When the nutrients of alkaline
foods get into your bloodstream, every cell in your body will be recreated
and regenerated.
Above that, when pH balance is achieved, the body instinctively drops
to its ideal, healthy weight. As soon as the acidic environment is eliminated,
there will be no need for new fat cells to form, and the remaining fat
in your body is no longer needed to store acid wastes, and therefore
simply melts away. An alkaline way of life will restore good health;
you will not only see but also feel the difference.
Because I'm a great fan of an alkaline diet, I will add some great recipes
that I have tried out with success. (I added some alterations due to
accessability and cost.)
Spicy Thai Almond Sauce - ( thanks to http://acidalkalinediet.com)
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup organic sprouted almonds, or ½
cup raw almond butter. (Numerous nut butters can be made by grinding
a nut until it turns into a smooth, creamy paste.)
¼ cup cold-pressed oil grape seed, sesame
seed or olive oil are best
1 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 fresh garlic clove, crushed
Preparation:
Soak almond sprouts overnight and sprout 5 days. Grind sprouted almonds
lightly in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and grind well.
Serve over long strip of zucchini, ( baby marrows) or on a crunchy green
salad with cucumbers. Enjoy!
