What are The Seven Rules for experiencing Long Lasting Vibrant Health?

Annelies calls these seven rules stages in our awareness levels in her decoding workshop on the body codes of light. Tieneke translates these seven rules into golden opportunities. She brings in how we must start taking in light! Read that correctly, Light meaning absorbing illuminating information. Her workbook : The Language of Light explains how to use creative meditation exercises to awaken from our unconscious slumber.
I have added my own seven Rules for experiencing Long Lasting Vibrant Health on your journey. They have to do with how we treat our human body temple.

Here are the 7 following rules:

  • 1 Clean out the Toxins in Your Body (the Base Chakra) If you already suspect that you might be riddled with toxins, (liver and galbladder stones) since most people are, due to wrong eating habits; then a total body cleansing, which may include your colon, liver, kidney, and gallbladder, is essential to vibrant health. It's a great start to a new life. Click here to read more on what colonic hydro therapy is all about.
Our bodies need to properly eliminate the toxic build up that has formed in our intestines (colon), which may otherwise lead to sickness and disease in later life (if you are still under 40). If you are older and suspect that you need a detox, investigate first where you can find out about your body's condition.
  • 2 Exercise Proper Body Preventative Maintenance (The Sacral Chakra) It goes without saying that a regular activity like exercise, helps promote vibrant health. Walking is actually one of the best forms of exercise available because it can be done virtually anywhere and it is inexpensive. It is also a low impacting exercise and easy to do. One other way is to acquire a re-bouncer. Annelies did that due to her busy workload. It takes 15 minutes a day to keep her body in good condition. If your job means you are sitting down most of your day, you need to do something to accelerate your metabolism.
  • 3 Adequate Sleep ( the Solar Plexus Chakra) A healthy, deep sleep allows our body to release a significant amount of growth hormone that boost the immune system and aids in the growth and repair of the body.
  • 4. Properly dealing with Stress (The Heart Chakra) Especially long term stress will suppress your immune system function and increase your body’s acidity. Too much acidity in your body makes you most irritable. Acute stress, like a divorce, or a sudden death in the family, also affects the immune system. It can trigger the spleen into discharging more white blood cells and directing those white blood cells to portions of the body that are more likely to be injured by a physical attack. Your body is reducing less important cellular activities temporarily.
  • 5. Personal hygiene care ( the Throat Chakra) It may sounds simple but maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene care is one of the most effective ways of avoiding infection and protecting your immune system. Regular detox bath is one of Annelies' favorite pastimes. It's her meditative hour!
  • 6. Spending most of your day with activities that you love doing. (The Third Eye Chakra) That is difficult for most people, especially when they are the breadwinner in their family, but being actively occupied in projects to do with; painting (art or decor), drawing, sewing, gardening, dancing, cooking, writing, designing, etc.; Everything that keeps you in the moment of now.
  • 7 . Eating a balanced healthy alkaline diet (The Crown Chakra ) What is an alkaline diet? An alkaline diet is opposite to high protein, high fat, and low carbohydrate diets. Organic fruits and vegetables are a big part of any alkaline diet because they contain minerals that are very alkalizing. Calcium, magnesium and potassium are concentrated in green vegetables (especially dark leafy greens).

Our liver is the largest gland in our body, being responsible for hundreds of different functions.Ist our main orgain responsible for distributing and maintaining our body's 'fuel' supply. So it is important to have a healthy liver. The alarming facts are that many, if not most people who eat a 'western type diet' (an acidic diet) do NOT have a healthy liver.

I suggest to all my readers to read Andreas Moritz book on the liver and gallbladder miracle cleanse, you can do it from home!

Many other organs and internal systems, especially the kidneys, adrenals and lungs, play important roles in maintaining proper pH. They require the right nutrients to do this. That's why a diet that is predominantly alkaline-forming is essential to the maintenance of good health. I learned that the hard way.

The best way to experience vibrant health is by consistently using these basic seven health pillars. That way you are honouring your physical body. To enjoy optimal health, you must take responsibility for your own health. It may include many lifestyle changes, but I am sure you will agree our journey to optimal health, longevity, ascending, or / and evolving is worth it.
