Are we all guilty of holding onto Negative obsessions?

In order to enjoy living to a great age ( I'm not using the usual word) we all have to change our thinking patterns about aging; that our inherited thought forms (energy particle codes) within our energy field which say: elderly people need special care, looking after, as in nursing homes; or thoughts like that older people are a financial drain on society etc..

Those very thoughts create a fear of growing old or reaching a great age. It's not been thought of as a positive outlook. Instead it has become a negative obsession. This highly destructive view of aging must be replaced by a knowing, that how long you live, and in what condition rests largely in your own hands.

Do you believe that you are in poor, or excellent health? What you believe and expect about health is more important than any assessments made by your doctor! Instead… you can unlock the tremendous potential for good health that is stored in your genes. Yes, our genetic inheritance does play an important role in defining our risks with regard to most age related dis-eases, but reaching a prosperous, productive and joyful long life is controlled by how we communicate with our genes. This communication with your genetic blueprint, is reflected by the lifestyle we all live, the diet you follow and your self image.

The idea of immortality or longevity in a life experience, has to do with our understanding of the importance of aligning our beliefs with our energy bodies, and of utilizing the great healer from within, the regenerator called oxygen. Through breathing and the releasing of the limiting ideas and cellular programs with which we have all have been born, you will allow yourself to regenerate.

To age or not to age.

I did some research on the latest updates on the dis ease of aging! Yes, aging is a disease! A good book on this topic is by Leslie Kenton ; Age power. - the revolutionary path to natural high-tech rejuvenation.

In her book she mentions that there are four pillars of 'aging'. There are four major physiological processes which distort your biomarkers (link) and age your body. They are: oxidation, glaciation, inflammation and methylation.

OXIDATION

Oxidation is defined as the interaction between oxygen molecules and all the different substances they may contact, from metal to living tissue. The vitamins C and E, are thought to protect the body against the destructive effects of free radicals. Eat Your Fruits and Vegetables! The best way to ensure adequate intake of the antioxidant nutrients is through a balanced diet consisting of 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. METHYLATION:

Methylation is a detoxifying process. Every chemical reaction in your body produces toxins in the form of acid. Your detoxifying organs (liver, kidneys, lungs, large intestine and skin) are able to handle this burden. Methylation is also used by our DNA codes. You are what you eat. Your body inside reflects your outside physical activity. Exercise! Check if you have any liver disorders! GLYCATION

In short glycation is a scientific term for what happens when sugars, such as fructose or glucose, combine with proteins or lipid molecules. So first and foremost reduce the simple sugars in your diet. Very often sugars are added to many of our foods. What you have to commit yourself to is a lifestyle change. That change includes: the reduction of simple sugars and over-cooked foods - especially deep fried foods. INFLAMMATION

There are two types of inflammation. The first is classic inflammation that is associated with pain, swelling, and redness. The other type of inflammation is silent inflammation or silent pain that is far more insidious because it is at the molecular level and may not be detected. Silent Inflammation is the first sign that your body is out of balance and no longer well. You can’t feel it, but it is grinding down your heart, your brain and your immune system. Approximately two-thirds of your immune system is located in your gut. It is the gut associated lymphoid tissue and the mucosal associated lymphoid tissue. Our genes, body weight, dietary habits, and physical fitness all determine whether we are in a state of wellness, or not.

WHAT IS YOUR SILENT INFLAMMATION REPORT?

Are you overweight?   Are you constipated?  
Are you always craving carbohydrates?   Do you sleep excessively?  
Are you constantly hungry?   Are you groggy upon waking?  
Are you tired, especially after exercise?   Do you have a lack of mental concentration?  
Are your fingernails brittle?   Do you lack a sense of well-being?
